At 12:20 AM, following our final dance and midnight celebration, guests will be invited to gather for a brief Closing Ceremony outdoors. Please collect your coats and Mystical Swag Bags, then follow the softly lit pathway to our gathering point as we release our New Year’s wishes and illuminate the night together in a beautiful, symbolic farewell — sending everyone joyfully into 2026.
As this ceremony takes place in winter conditions and the evening concludes promptly, we kindly ask guests to dress warmly and transition outdoors without delay, as we must exit the venue by 12:30 AM.

The Bazaar of Blessings is a small but vibrant artisan marketplace woven into the evening’s immersive experience. It features intuitive readers, artists, and creative vendors of the Crystal Court who bring added depth, symbolism, and enchantment to the celebration.
Guests are invited to wander, explore, and enjoy short intuitive readings, artistic keepsakes, and magical offerings that complement the evening’s theme of imagination, connection, and conscious celebration.
The Bazaar is designed to feel relaxed and inviting — a place to discover meaningful moments between dining, dancing, and entertainment. While specific participants may vary, offerings may include astrology, tarot insights, oracle card messages, energy-based experiences, and select curated goods aligned with the spirit of the Ball.
Interactions within the Bazaar are part of the immersive experience. Guests who feel inspired are welcome to express appreciation through Royal Favor Tokens or cash tips as a gesture of gratitude to the Artists of the Crystal Court.
Royal Favor Tokens are an enchanting way for guests to share appreciation and support for the Artists of the Crystal Court — including performers, musicians, photographers, and creative participants throughout the evening.
Tokens may be purchased during the event using credit card, Venmo, or other digital payment options.
Guests may offer tokens as tips or use them to participate in select interactive experiences, such as Royal Dance Card moments, portrait experiences, or offerings within the Bazaar of Blessings.
Each participating artist or experience will have a designated Treasury Chest where tokens may be placed as a gesture of gratitude. Tokens collected are tallied and distributed after the event, creating a joyful and conscious way to circulate appreciation and abundance throughout the Royal Court.
Please note that the cash bar and bartender tip jars are managed separately by the venue and will not accept the tokens.
A professional photographer will be onsite throughout the evening capturing posed portraits, group photos, and candid moments. The Royal Portrait Experience offers guests the opportunity to create timeless keepsakes of the night in full costume, whether as individuals, couples, or small groups.
Designated moments for group photos and special portrait sessions will be guided by staff to keep the evening flowing smoothly. Select photography packages and print options will be available, allowing guests to commemorate their experience in a way that feels meaningful and memorable.

The Community Ballroom Dances are one of the most enchanting and interactive elements of the Fantasy Crystal Ball, designed to bring guests together in joyful connection. Guided by our professional ballroom dance instructors — the Duke and Duchess of Dance — these dances feature simple, repeating patterns that are easy to follow and welcoming to everyone. No partner or prior dance experience is required.
Throughout the evening, approximately six community dances will take place, spaced about every 30 minutes and woven seamlessly into the flow of the celebration. Guests are welcome to participate as often or as little as they wish, creating a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere on the dance floor.
In addition to the community dances, guests may choose to participate in two optional, playful traditions inspired by classic ballroom culture. Royal Favor Token dances offer guests the opportunity to enjoy brief, joyful turns on the dance floor with our professional instructors as a fun and lighthearted way to support the Artists of the Crystal Court.
A limited number of Full Dance Honors will also be offered through a special Dance Card Auction announced by the Royal Herald DJ. These exclusive moments grant the holder a full, dedicated dance with the Duke or Duchess of Dance and are designed as spirited highlights of the evening.
Our Royal Herald DJ curates the musical journey throughout the night, blending elegant ballroom selections, festive classics, and high-vibrational favorites. Serving as both DJ and emcee, the Royal Herald guides transitions, announces special moments, and keeps the celebration flowing with charm, warmth, and theatrical flair.
Together, the community dances, token dances, and Dance Card Auction create a joyful blend of participation, tradition, and playful elegance — whether you’re dancing every set or simply enjoying the magic as it unfolds.

The women’s restroom is a cozy space with limited room for maneuvering, particularly for guests wearing full skirts or elaborate gowns. To help make everyone feel comfortable, a friendly Royal Privy Attendant will be available throughout the evening to assist as needed — because even the queen appreciates a helping hand now and then.

To conclude this extraordinary evening, guests will be invited to gather promptly outdoors beneath the winter night sky for a brief Closing Ceremony — a luminous moment of reflection and shared intention to welcome the year ahead, weather permitting.
Throughout the evening, guests are invited to visit the Wise Wishes Table, where three symbolic wishing bowls await. Guests may write intentions for a personal wish for 2026, a wish for our community, and a wish for the world, using feather pens and calligraphy-style wishing sheets.
During the Closing Ceremony, these collective intentions will be released together as a symbolic act of reflection, renewal, and shared hope.
Using the LED fiber-optic wand found in your Mystical Swag Bag, guests will join in a final moment of light and unity as we honor the power of intention and the magic of new beginnings.
As the ceremony takes place outdoors and the evening concludes at 12:30 AM sharp, guests are kindly asked to bundle up and move outside promptly after collecting coats and belongings so we may enjoy this beautiful finale together before bidding farewell.
