What is included with a General Admission ticket?

Your General Admission ticket includes a full evening of fine dining, dancing, live entertainment, and access to themed experiences, along with professional event photography packages available. Doors open at 5:45pm. Guests will also enjoy a champagne or sparkling cider toast at midnight, served in a keepsake champagne glass, plus a Mystical Swag Bag full of parting gifts to take a little of the magic home.

What is included with a VIP ticket?

Your VIP admission includes everything offered with General Admission, plus exclusive early entry beginning at 5:00 PM, providing private access to the venue before general admission guests arrive — ideal for posed photos and videos in beautifully open spaces.

A professional photographer will be on-site capturing portraits in multiple elegant locations throughout the venue. VIP guests will receive digital copies of their professional photo portraits and choose their favorite one to be edited, printed and mailed at a later date.  There will also be additional options to purchase select printed packages as an add-on vendor service.

VIPs also enjoy priority dinner seating near the front of the ballroom and early access to special vendor experiences, giving them the first opportunity to reserve appointments before the evening’s main festivities begin so they don’t miss a thing.

What are the Community Ballroom Dances and the Royal Herald DJ?

One of the most enchanting parts of the evening, the Community Ballroom Dances are designed to bring everyone together in joyful connection. Our Professional Ballroom Dance Instructors — the Duke and Duchess of Dance — will guide each dance with warmth, skill, and flair, leading guests through easy, repeating patterns that require no partner and invite everyone to join in.

We’ll enjoy approximately six community dances spaced every 30 minutes, interwoven with musical interludes curated by our Royal Herald DJ, who will keep the celebration flowing with an elegant mix of ballroom selections, festive classics, and high-vibrational favorites.

What are Royal Favor Tokens, and how can I use them?

Royal Favor Tokens are an enchanting way to share appreciation and support for the Artists of the Crystal Court — including our performers, musicians, photographers, and vendors. Guests may purchase tokens throughout the evening using credit card, Venmo, or other digital payment options.

Tokens can be offered as tips, exchanged for interactive experiences, or used to participate in the Royal Dance Card Auction, Royal Portrait Sessions, or with any of the talented artists and vendors within the Bazaar of Blessings. Each performer and vendor will have their own individual Treasury Chest, where their collected tokens will be tallied and redeemed after the event. It’s a conscious, joyful way to circulate abundance and gratitude throughout the Royal Court.

Please note that the cash bar and bartender tip jars are managed by the venue staff and payment transactions are handled separately.

What is the Bazaar of Blessings?

The Bazaar of Blessings is a small but vibrant artisan marketplace featuring our intuitive readers, artists, and creative vendors.

Guests can enjoy short readings, artistic keepsakes, and magical offerings that complement the evening’s theme of enchantment and conscious celebration. Purchases and sessions may be made directly with each vendor, using Royal Favor Tokens or standard payment options.

What is the Royal Portrait Experience?

Our Royal Portrait Artist will capture the essence of the evening through professional photography — including VIP portraits, group photos, and candid moments throughout the celebration.

Guests may purchase digital or printed portrait upgrades after the event, and VIP guests will receive complimentary digital copies of their exclusive portraits taken during the early-access hour.

What are the Mystical Swag Bags?

Each guest will receive a Mystical Swag Bag as their parting gift — a luxurious collection of curated treasures from the the Royal Court of Patrons.

Every Mystical Swag Bag is a blend of artistry, intention, and delight — filled with meaningful gifts, samples, and creative tokens contributed by our artists, vendors, and event patrons.

The Royal Court of Patrons is our community of sponsors, businesses, and supporters who help make the Fantasy Crystal Ball possible.

Will there be food and drink throughout the evening?

Yes!

Cocktail Hour hors d’oeuvres

Coffee, Tea and Winter Punch station open all evening.

A cash bar will also be available for those who wish to enjoy cocktails or the signature spiked winter punch.

In addition to the seated dinner main course which was chosen at time of ticket purchase and includes your choice of red or white wine at the table, guests will enjoy: dessert buffet with petite sweets, cakes, and fruit platters and late-night savory bites around 10 PM, featuring Mini Beef Wellington Bites, Petite Brioche Chicken Sliders, and Vegan/Vegetarian Crystal Garden Sliders

What should I wear?

Dress to impress in Regency elegance, whimsical wizardry, or a creative blend of both — the more imaginative, the better!

Dressing in costume for the Fantasy Crystal Ball invites guests to awaken their imagination, embody a character, and express themselves with confidence and creativity. Every gown, crown, and wand becomes part of the shared magic that makes the evening unforgettable.

What should I know about footwear and restrooms?

The ballroom dance floor is historic brick, part of a restored grist mill. For safety and comfort, stilettos and narrow high heels are not permitted. We highly recommend flat, low, or stable shoes, boots, or character heels.

The women’s restroom is cozy with limited space for large gowns. A friendly Royal Privy Attendant will be on hand to assist if needed — because even a queen deserves a hand with her gown now and then.

What are the Group Photos and Crystal Court Announcements?

While the dining room is being transformed into the ballroom, guests will gather in a different room for Group Photos, Crystal Court Announcements, and a Community Dance Group Lesson from our Duke and Duchess of Dance.

What is the Closing Ceremony?

To conclude this extraordinary evening, guests will be invited to gather promptly outdoors beneath the winter night sky for a brief Closing Ceremony — a luminous moment of reflection and shared intention to welcome the year ahead (weather permitting).

With your LED fiber-optic wand from the Mystical Swag Bag, you’ll join fellow guests in a final moment of light and unity as we release our written New Year’s wishes from the Wishing Table into the ethers — symbolizing release, renewal, and the magic of new beginnings.

Because we must vacate the venue by 12:30 AM sharp, guests are kindly asked to bundle up and move outdoors quickly after collecting coats and belongings so we can enjoy this beautiful finale together.

Is parking available?

Yes — complimentary parking is available in the large public parking lot located across River Street from Riverside Receptions for your convenience. There is additional public parking all around downtown Geneva.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. Please notify us of any name changes at least 10 days prior to the event.
